I stopped in today to have my tire pressure indicator recalibrated. Was not sure how long it would take, first time I’ve ever had this done. I was met at the door by Rob and explained why I was there. He walked me back Tyler in service who was very attentive and said we can handle this immediately. He called for Rodger back in service who came up front right away. Tyler explained to him what was going on and he went back and grabbed the calibrator that he needed. Brought my 2009 Tahoe to them and was told I needed a new engine. Had them do the work to the tune of $6,000 and told the engine had a 3 year warranty from GM. Initially they forgot to plug in the transmission module, and got a check engine light on my first drive from the dealership. Now the engine is burning oil and smoking. I've been told that they installed the wrong valve covers and GM won't cover the incorrect dealer install. Nereson refuses to stand behind their work and is telling me their mistake is my problem.
