Eleven inches longer and two inches wider, the all-new Chevy Trax has even more room for passengers and cargo than the previous model. Despite being classified as a subcompact SUV, the Chevrolet Trax has comfortable seats for five adults. Passengers in the front row have 41.9 inches of legroom while travelers in the second row have 38.7 inches.

New Chevy models show off laudable active safety features, and the Chevrolet Trax is no exception. Along with a rearview camera, its standard active safety equipment also includes a forward collision warning and intervention system. This system will emit an alert if it senses your vehicle is going to be involved in an accident and apply the brakes for you if necessary.

Automatic high beams will kick on to light up the road ahead without any input from you. A lane departure warning will send out an alert if you start to inadvertently drift out of your lane, and lane-keeping assist will make minor steering corrections to help you stay within the confines of your lane.
